OK. Round two. The Petronas Malaysian GP at the wonderful Sepang circuit (designed by Hermann Tilke).  Heat – lots of it. Humidity – too much of it. Possible rain – torrential.  Long straights – tough on the new engines. Fast ess-bends. Hairpins. Hard braking. Dragster acceleration bursts.

Sepang has it all.

You know the result of Melbourne. Rob Wilson’s Kimi selection didn’t take but this is another day, another race.  And so now it’s the turn of Anthony Rowlinson, Group Editor of  Autosport, F1 Racing and Motorsport News, to have a look at the Grand Prix Tours Pick 8 competition:  you can all enter; points will be awarded for each driver you correctly select in his finishing position – and the winner, on points at the end of the year, will enjoy a cruise trip for two to the 2015 Monaco GP – all expenses paid. It doesn’t matter, therefore, if you didn’t even enter for Melbourne or didn’t score well there: the winner of this competition could be someone who excels with predictions even towards season’s end.
